Welcome to my Store, this listing is for a Gorgeous Baby Girl Quilt Blanket handmade using a vintage and preowned 100% cotton hand embroidered baby crib flat sheet cover made in USA in the 1950's that was in excellent condition, like made but never used. I always trying to re-purpose old vintage textiles, the original piece was very well done, the colors in the hand embroidery are still vivid, no stains, holes, rips or bad odors, the hand embroidery was masterly done, I used a 100% cotton brushed flannel fabric from Robert Kaufman in baby pink color with small white dots to made the back side of the blanket, have no filling inside and was finish with a pink and white small checkers bias tape that is 100% cotton and I hand quilt stitched some areas just to keep the front and the backing fabrics together, was just made to be a one of a kind Blanket for that pretty baby girl that you adore, a crib coverlet or a throw for the back seat of the car, is the perfect gift for a new Mom of a baby girl for Mother's Day or for a Baby Shower, everybody will love it!
