Description
Three 1940s quilts with matching fabrics. See pics. Country farmhouse style patchwork with a variety of combinations. Made after WW2 in the 1940s. Dimensions: Quilt with black and white star and other patterns mixed in is 84” x 51.5” Quilt with traditional checkered squares and roses on blue for backing is 83” x 54” Quilt with large green center area and backing has orange, blue and tan florals is 85” x 52” The fabrics coordinate from one quilt to another, including repeating fabrics reappearing in the backings. These came from the same household and were all made by the same person. There are some small areas that need repaired: nothing huge. See area with spot in close up pic. I have not washed these as I do not own the proper soap for this caliber of vintage quilts. It is very rare to find three quilts that all coordinate. No returns on this one.
